1. What is Cops C.A.I.R.? Cops Against Illegal Racing is non-profit corporation that was created by active law enforcement officers that work in the Savannah, Georgia area. Founded in 2008, C.A.I.R. was created as a way to improve the safety of the motoring public. C.A.I.R. primarily focuses their attention on drivers between the ages of 16-20; however, the program is beneficial to drivers of all ages.
The founder and instructors love law enforcement, fast cars, racing and teaching. They also enjoy a challenge and are innovative in their approach to decreasing motor vehicle accidents.
C.A.I.R. attempts to prevent street racing (illegal racing) by promoting the sport of automobile racing.
2. How can I request Cops C.A.I.R. for an event? To request C.A.I.R. for an event, simply forward an email to jtgriner@copscair.org. Include your name, date of event, location of event, time of event, and a daytime telephone number. One of our scheduling coordinators will subsequently be in contact with you. Please allow 7-10 business days for a response.
