Cops C.A.I.R., Inc. is a non-profit
corporation that was created by law
enforcement to provide an instructional
presentation to teenagers and young
adults regarding the effects of illegal
racing (street racing), aggressive/reckless
driving and impairment.

The program is designed to be
motivational while offering alternatives to
illegal racing. It is further designed to
provide a memorable experience while
educating our youth about traffic safety
issues. Ultimately, our goal is to SAVE
LIVES!

The Cops C.A.I.R. Campaign will be
introduced through Intervention,
Cooperation, and Education (I.C.E).

  • Intervention - Taking proactive
    measures to influence the lives of our
    youth by offering guidance and
    fellowship.

  • Cooperation - Teamwork!
    Establishing relationships that will
    build strong foundations to support a
    united effort towards driver safety.

  • Education - Offering unique and
    memorable instruction that will utilize
    displays, demonstrations, interaction,
    feedback and awards to help retain
    our message as a lifelong goal.
